Pain Relief with EFT

Pain Relief with EFT
Release limiting beliefs and shift your body's energy towards well-being with this coaching program by Rick Wilkes and Carol Look.

The thought before the addictive thought

“I really need a drink.”
“Where are my cigarettes?”
“I would really love some ice cream right now...”

Stop! What thought or feeling came just before you started heading for your favorite addictive substance?

“I can’t stand talking to my mother. I could really use a drink.”
“I am never going to get this project done. I am such a failure. Where are my cigarettes?”
“He never loved me, I’m so fat, I’ll never be happy. I need some ice cream.”

We can use EFT on cravings and addictive behavior directly. We can use EFT on the guilt and shame. But where you will see the greatest benefit is when you look at the thoughts that trigger the NEED.

Here’s one approach: whenever you notice that you are headed to drink, eat, smoke, do drugs, or have harmful sex, try to remember whatever you were thinking or feeling just before. Do one round of EFT on that. It will take less than 30 seconds. You can even do it with the cigarette in the other hand or while chewing on a candy bar.

Do this for a week, and just notice what changes. If you notice some interesting shifts and want to take the next step, contact me.
