Everyday yoga

Everyday Yoga has a list of 14 different yoga postures that are perfect for office use. Another page on the http://www.mydailyyoga.com site shows exercises to reduce repetitive strain injury (RSI) and carpal tunnel.

We often focus on strength and stamina when we think of exercise. Yet flexibility is just as important. Yoga is ideal because it promotes flexibility while we move. Yoga is a weight-bearing exercise (we’re bearing the weight of our body). If you are doing strength training, or performing repetitive movements at work, or are participating in sports, I strongly recommend you make yoga part of your daily ritual. It can take as little as 10 minutes. Try the Everyday Yoga steps and tell me what you notice.
